Back up your data
Scheduling automatic backups is easy as 1-2-3. Just select whether to back up all databases, a particular database folder, or a single database and whether you want them backed up hourly, daily, weekly or at a custom time. You can even choose to perform a consistency check after the backup completes to ensure the integrity of your backup.
Schedule backups as often as you like. Backups run in the background so your users can continue to use the database while the backup is happening. Protecting against accidental data loss is easy with FileMaker Server.
Monitor database access
Real-time user monitoring lets you see who is logged on at any moment. You can also view detailed information about users such as their account ID, what databases they have opened, how long they have been connected, and much more. Or select a specific database and view which users are connected to that database.

If you are in a highly secured environment, you can designate which IP addresses are allowed to access the Admin Console remotely.
